It’s a fact that the physical and mental benefits of any sport are known to prevent illness, aid concentration and promote overall well-being. What’s not so well-known though is the benefits on the family of having a common, active, interest.
Here at Tiger King we whole-heartedly believe that or family-based classes not only get families fit, but that they lead to a healthy and balanced home life.
We have two family classes per week and through training together our families are fitter, more determined, more respectful and generally more content than they would be without their participation and commitment to learn Muay Thai.
Whatsmore, despite the the hard work and determination required; WE HAVE FUN!!!
